Description

Located inside Yavapai Lodge, the tavern provides a casual refuge after canyon adventures. Order at the bar, grab a pager and settle indoors by big‑screen TVs or outside beneath ponderosa pines. The menu spans Grand Canyon‑sized nachos, elk burgers, vegan street tacos, kids’ meals and rotating local brews from Grand Canyon Brewing Co. Summer evenings bring live acoustic sets on the patio, while winter diners enjoy a cozy fireplace indoors. History

1958 – Yavapai Lodge opens to meet growing South Rim lodging demand.
2015 – Delaware North reimagines the lodge’s lounge as Yavapai Tavern.
2020 – Interior refreshed with additional HDTVs and expanded draft system.
2022 – Outdoor patio enlarged; permanent fire pit and live‑music stage added.
