Got my car oil changed here. The Auto Technician who was working on my car, revved up the engine driving it into the Bay Area before even working on the car. Which is Very Unprofessional considering he’s just a worker. Especially, when the oil needed to be replaced, the car shouldn’t have been revved up with old oil in the first place it shouldn’t have happened! To make this situation worse he got oil all over the mats in my car, oil on the steering wheel, gear shift, door handles, hood of the car, etc. The worker STEVE is very UNPROFESSIONAL and was VERY DISRESPECTFUL to my car. Considering, it is NOT his!Steve, please be considerate with others property next time. 🙂

Ryan did a great job he is friendly and professional. Came in late in the day with a dead battery on our road trip from Texas. Ryan was on the spot and very detailed. He cleaned up our battery bracket and got the new battery in quickly. We were out in less than an hour and they were already busy. Ryan even checked us out at the desk. Thanks to Ryan with great customer service we’re back on the road!

Do not take your vehicle here. Took my car in for an oil change. A day later I noticed there was oil leaking from my vehicle onto my driveway. Open the hood and they did not put back on the Oil Cap and oil was splashed all over the inside of the hood. I had very little oil left and had to purchase oil from the store to add more.Took my vehicle back to speak to a supervisor and he was unprofessional! No apologies at all, no attempt to try to make it right. He tried to spin the blame on me making me at fault for their negligence and lack of due diligence. (he also mentions that this has happened before recently to a different customer). Finally, was able to come to an agreement for a full refund and took my vehicle elsewhere.

They were great at checking our low tire, showing us the damage, and putting on a new tire. Plus the views from the parking lot are amazing.

On vacation and noticed we needed an oil change. John at the Walmart Auto Care Center in Page, AZ was very friendly and helped us out. He checked us in and did the oil change. Service with a little humor. Thanks John
