Upon arrival between 10-11:00 P.M. the room AC was not on, we had to literally keep the door open until the room cooled once we turned the air on. Toilet water was running continuously. Although I must say the room was clean to its expectation. Staff was nice, complimentary breakfast was offered. We only drove up there from Phoenix to go to Lake Powell for 'kayaking/hiking' So this place served is purpose. Nevertheless if I was going up there to stay a few days or the weekend I would never choose this place it's just not on my level. No I will not be returning.

Spacious room with office chair and sofa chair. Beds are comfortable. Comes with an alarm clock, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and TV. Free Wi-Fi. We only stayed 1 night.Free breakfast does not include eggs or any meat. There's bread, bagels, waffles, cereal, and oatmeal. Drinks include juice, tea, and coffee.

This was the worst experience we have ever had. From roaches in the room, to waking up with bug bites all over my body, to dirty linens, non-existent service, and extremely rude staff. At breakfast, the young lady who refilled the coffee and breakfast items, pushed customers aside, and cursed the entire time. Every time we left the room, the keys no longer worked and we had to get new key cards. No change for laundry facility and staff suggested to go up the road to laundromat. The bug issue was reported promptly without being acknowledged. I requested a different room but they supposedly had nothing available. I will file an official complaint with Wyndham as soon as we return home. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Imma give this 3/5.Two things I love..1. I called in and reserved the last room for the price of $134.00 !!!!!!!2. AC kept the entire room COLD!!!!..But….There was a dirty towel left from the previous people. And the bedsheets had yellow stains, and the floor was dirty .. when I walked barefoot my feet were black.

The breakfast is just toast and old bagels. Do not trust the pictures. Also I was charged more than my booking amount after showing up here. Be very aware. After this experience I would definitely consider other accommodations.
