This place was wonderful! The staff are so nice and personable. The overall decor and the feel of the hotel is family friendly. The rooms were nice sized, clean, beds were comfy, and the bathrooms were clean. Our teenagers really enjoyed this place which is saying a lot because they are not easily impressed by hotels. We also enjoyed the coupons that they gave to us for other local stores/businesses in the community. The Grand Canyon was a very quick 10-15 minute ride to the hotel so the location was perfect for this part of our trip. We will definitely be staying there again when we are visiting the Grand Canyon.

This is a great hotel for families. They have a breakfast buffet that is reasonable and full of choices. We ate there every morning. The pool is clean and refreshing after hiking and exploring the canyon. The drive to the national park is less than 5 minutes and the rooms were tidy. Room service did a great job every day. All encounters with staff were positive as well. I would stay here again!!Also, the moose is very patient and wise.

The hotel reminds me of a European style hotel.We didn't like the animals hanging on the lobby's walls.The pool and hot tub were great.There is a saloon bar and a gift shop in the lobby.The room was clean.We recommend it for those who want to visit the gran canyon south rim early in the morning.

Great location to the Grand Canyon. Beautiful hotel with well appointed rooms. Really enjoyed the extra touches and sustainability. Very clean room and staff was all very helpful and friendly.We had dinner at their Steakhouse and was very pleased. Good food and live music!If we return to the area, definitely staying here again!

When you first enter, there are dead animals all over Lobby walls, it was so sad to see thisThe rooms are small and filthy and torn rugs, AC never cooled down the room, no space for luggageThe bathtub was way too high for people to get in and out I Feel sorry for older people, no grab bars for safety in shower. Dangerous shower/tub situation. Rooms and dinner very high.Don’t waste your money on this hotel.

Car: Follow AZ‑64 north from Williams via I‑40 (55 mi). Hotel is on the right as you enter Tusayan. Airport Shuttle: 5‑minute taxi or pre‑arranged shuttle from Grand Canyon National Park Airport (GCN, 1 mi south). Bus: Groome Transportation runs daily service from Flagstaff to Tusayan IMAX stop (0.3 mi walk). Park Shuttle: During peak season, the Tusayan Route (Purple) stops at the hotel and enters the park.
