It's a nice location for a supercharger. The Courtyard by Marriott is a well maintained property with some nice views of Page, AZ.Fair warning: it's the only supercharger in the Lake Powell area, so be prepared for lines. I imagine it being very busy on holidays and weekends.
Page AZ has super charging! 8 stalls in the back side of Courtyard at Lake Powell. Just minutes from the Glen Canyon Dam.
Was busy for a Saturday. No other Tesla supercharges going into Utah, so charged to 100% and still didn’t make it to Beaver given the headwind. Used ChargePoint in Kanab so make sure your Tesla is ccs compatible and bring adapter. Only negative for this location is no food options. Walked to golf course for lunch, friendly staff. You can use the restrooms at the hotel.Updated as second time using changer it limited us to 50kw which took over 30min to get to at least 80%. At least you can wait in the hotel but the restaurant is not open.
Fast Chargers work as advertised. And they are marked with a sign on top of the chargers.Many charge locations don’t have the indicators on the chargers.
Why here?? There is a Maverick half a mile away with a large parking lot. Decent charging, but I have to sit here for an hour… Marriott only accepts cash or room charge, $5 for 2 bags of chips. Only star goes to Marriott for a very clean and nice atmosphere.Update after multiple road trips through here. This is one of the worst places. There are basically no options for ~200 miles so it’s here or nothing. And I’ve just logged my worst charging rate to date at 50kW. Updated from 2 star to 1.
