They brought our food out and we tried to pay with two different cards and they claimed our cards wouldn’t work and took the food my kids were eating!!!!! It was their chip reader because it wouldn’t work with any credit cards! We went next door to McDonald and guess what!! Card worked! Workers were horrible to us and acting like we were trying to steal!! When it was their fault!! Never again would go back!! We thought we would share a child hood restaurant experience with our kids and it was horrible!!!

Honestly, one of the most convenient spots, especially when it’s hot out. The drive-in setup makes everything easy. You just pull into a slot, order from your car, and your food and drinks come right to you. What really makes it perfect in the heat is the covered slots. Not only do they keep your car shaded while you eat or wait, but they also give you a cool spot to relax for a bit. I love that you can stay comfortable out of the sun, even enough to take a quick nap if you need it. Between the convenience, the shade, and the easy ordering, Sonic really nails the drive-in experience.

2 shakes came out with consistency of regular milk, with add ons. I questioned it and was told "that how me make it". I said I either need a refund or more ice cream needed blended in. Another employee assisted and they were much better. Why is it such a problem to admit some isn't right and just fix it? Why attitudes?

If you’re passing through Page, Arizona, the Sonic Drive-In is a great quick stop just off the main road. The staff here were super friendly and made the experience even better. Our food came out hot, fast, and exactly as ordered—perfect for a quick bite on the go.

Extremely disappointed! I am convinced that this location does not care to have any repeat customers. I ordered 2 of their grilled cheese sandwiches. This is about the simplest food item possible to cook. No one could mess that up… right? Well this Sonic proved that wrong. Opening up the first grilled cheese I was disappointed to see that neither side had been buttered, or even grilled! Literally it looked like they put cheese between two pieces of bread and microwaved it to melt it! They left the “grilled” out of the grilled cheese. Gross. The second grilled cheese had an end slice of bread and was just as bad as it seemed it also skipped getting grilled. Add worse to worse, they were also out of ketchup that evening. And the milkshakes came runny. It wasn’t very busy so no excuse there. We had brought the food back to the hotel before checking it which was a big mistake. Check your food before you leave. On the positive side, they were quick to take our order and deliver the food to the car at one of the drive in stalls. Just wish they would have spent a little more time finishing making the food before brining it to us.Visited 4/18/22 @ 7:55 pm
