The rooms are absolutely gigantic! The free breakfast has plenty to offerHousekeeping is actually quiet on the third floor. This is priceless. Checking into a hotel means you’re trying to sleep. Having housekeeping be quiet as they begin their shift is absolutely priceless. This was the best hotel experience. I have on my travel. I cannot recommend it enough.I was very pleased with the way we were treated and the cleanliness and size of the room
Lala checked us in early, and theirs us for being Platinum members in the Choice rewards program. He was also able to upgrade us to a room with jacuzzi tub! This was especially appreciated because we were still feeling the pain from riding mules in the Grand canyon yesterday.This is the 4th choice hotel we've stayed at in the past week, and the bed here was the most comfortable of all!Breakfast was great too, and all the staff here are super friendly! I wish we had stayed here on our first visit to Page last week, but so glad we are here now!! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!
On August 1st we flew from Canada down to Phoenix, and then drove up to the Grand Canyon and then onto Page for the night. As you can imagine, after an extremely long (and hot) travel day… all we wanted to do was get to the hotel and take a shower.Unfortunately, when we arrived we were told there was no running water at all, and wouldn't be fixed until 2am at the earliest. The front desk staff were nice, but offered absolutely zero compensation. No refund offered so we could stay somewhere else, no partial refund, or even a future discount… just an apology. We were so tired after a long day we didn't have the energy to fight it.Luxury isn't something that anyone needs in their life, but running water (at least in America) is a basic necessity. I understand that things break and 'stuff happens' that is outside of the control of staff, but that's where good customer service comes in. I suspect the staff did not have the authority to issues refunds or make any kind of financial decision. Either this is by design, or it's poor training. Either way, we suffered because of it.If I can't rely on a place to have running water, or at least provide some kind of compensation because of it… why would I return here or recommend anyone else to visit? Well… I wouldn't.
Front desk staff was very friendly, patient, and polite. Rooms are super clean with nice bedding and comfortable pillows. Pool was so nice on a hot day! Breakfast beat my expectations. I've stayed at Sleep before but I think this is the nicest one in any state I've been to as of yet. Eggs , sausage, potatoes, cereal, yogurt, bagels, toast and bagels or waffles. Various juices. Best deal we found so far on the vacation for a room. I will definitely stay here again if in the area.
This hotel was fine. It wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t great. It was just ok. Just stopped here late on our way through to sleep. Good price.Checked for bugs before we brought our stuff in- no bugs.When we walked into the hotel, it smelled like a stinky armpit.The room was HOT. No AC on in halls- Windows open.Took a while for our room to “cool down” and it really wasn’t comfortably cool when we finally did fall asleep.The beds were HARD. Clean, made well but hard!This hotel was clean which we appreciated.I was impressed with the choices at breakfast. Coffee was good.The location is great! Right across from glen canyon dam.
