Air conditioner did not work.We were shown a picture that said 63° when it was still blowing warm air. Really!!! mold and gross bathtub in the room that constantly ran water. Had to literally beg for a room change after three calls and going down to the front desk were able to finally achieve that. Miracle.! Great value. Clean and basic. Mini Frig/freezer, microwave, TV. Room was clean and modern. Shower was a 3.9, clean, good water pressure and hot water. I am tall and the shower head was at my chin. Again, basic, but clean and modern. And can't beat it for the price compared to other in the area. I'd say here again.
I give 3 stars for the lady at the reception because she was nice. But the rest is rubbish. Dirt everywhere. Under the bed there were old tissues! The sheets were yellow of dirt. And bedbugs bit my young kid. The pool is as dirty as the rest. And we payed 132 euros on Booking and the cost at the hotel itself was 50 dollars. Pfff a flop!
I'm all for technology and that's why I like the check-in process through only a screen with an offshore guy in a call center BUT;There's no late checkout. They'll charge you if you're more than 10 mins late. No phone in the rooms. Water for shower goes from blazing hot to ice cold every 5 secs. No glass cup or a coffee machine. No bathtub plug. No one to call and ask for these things. White towels are grey-ish and pieces are falling off. Carpet is very dirty with tons of stains on it. You know the steel safety latch at the doors? Yeah it's plastic here. Literally plastic.Yes the place is cheap and I'm all for it. But they don't even have the most basic standards.I'd rather pay 10 bucks more and have some decency in other local hotels cause they're all have similar prices
Very bad service. The lady on the screen that spoke to us for our accommodation was very inattentive and did not treat us well at all. The room was not better either, as the bathroom walls looked terrible. The photo shows how little they care about quality. I am disappointed i did not consider all the other options nearby.
