Pro:- The kitchen was well equipped, with an induction stove, a large fridge, and a sink.Cons:- The place wasn’t clean: I found two cockroaches, a spider, and dust all around.- The air conditioning blows straight at you when you’re in bed, with no way to adjust it, and it’s so loud it makes it hard to sleep.- The mattress sinks in and isn’t comfortable at all.- Checkout experience: Charging $25 for just 30 extra minutes and $35 for an hour is outrageous, especially with a $50 penalty on top – that’s absurd.Overall, I’ll stay somewhere else next time I’m in Page, mainly because of the hygiene.

I've stayed at hotels all over the world from the poshest manoir aux quat'saisons to the simplest hostal Miguel in Nerja and everything in between.The welcome at this motel was simply the unfriendliest we've ever received bar none.We were staying in one of their apartments on Elm but the receptionist at red rock seemed angry and unhelpful that we didnt know how to check in, it took an effort to even winkle out directions. This was because apparently because the receptionist had sent us a message and we should know what to do.When we got to Elm we expected a further reception, but no there was just a scruffy building with locked doors. We had to trail back to the motel to try and actually get assistance.By this stage, after driving from West Yellowstone for over 11 hours we were exhausted (something the receptionist mocked) and I was furious as there was no way we had been sent a message via booking.com as the receptionist claimed as we had booked direct. We did eventually get an apology but it was something you would expect from a sulky teenager. Perhaps not surprising from someone with totally unprofessional personal presentation. A front of house member of staff wearing a sweatshirt proclaiming this was their cant be bothered day is unacceptable.The apartment itself was a let down. On the ground floor, the curtains had to be kept closed due to there being no blinds. The outside area was scruffy, a sand pit area with used cigarette ends in. The showers in both rooms dripped all night. We had to place face cloths in the trays to deaden the noise. The air conditioning was really loud, it was caused by vibration of the badly mounted unit outside, which also just bizarrely discharged into a plant pot. The fan above our bed had a hole smashed in the glass cover. Coffee was provided but it was a huge catering tub that all and sundry could have had their mucky fingers in. I walked across the kitchen floor with bare feet and it felt gritty and dirty. There was no deadbolt or safe so the unit also felt insecure.I will say that the shower pressure was good and there was plenty of hot water and the unit itself is very roomy.The worst issue after the horrible receptionist was the noise transfer. You could hear every footstep from upstairs. It was so bad, you could hear the upstairs guests mobile phones vibrate.Page itself was gorgeous and should I return I would stay somewhere further towards the river with a viewrather than somewhere tucked on a back street.We did eventually receive the check in instructions via email but not until hours after we arrived. Perhaps Red Rock need to ensure that their receptionist gets the training she so desperately needs to understand that sometimes emails can be delayed and that in such a situation, it isn't OK to treat customers like dirt.

We were expecting so much better when we looked at the review, but the rooms were not clean at all, the floor was very dirty, it smells bad in the bathrooms, we found a cockroach on our last night here and used underwear under the bed that were not ours, how romantic ! The only very good point of the motel is its location.

Bed is not good enough, but fit it’s price, I have no complaints. Quiet and cozy place, you have refrigerator, a coffee machine and microwave. Staffs are friendly.

Good, safe location. The room was clean and spacious but the self check-in wasn’t too smooth.
