We stayed for one night only, the bed pillows smelled like sweat and seems like they do not bother to at least keep the rooms clean and pristine. I think thats a minimum you'd expect from a two star Inn. The breakfast was included and it was good, also the location is convenient. Just wished the owners would appreciate the location more, in that case they would have much better reviews and more guests joining the hotel.
I was on road trip and recently stayed at quality in Lake Powell for a week, and it was a wonderful experience. The property offers stunning mountain views, with a golf course visible from the area, making it even more scenic. The front desk staff were very welcoming, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout my stay.The hotel serves one of the best continental breakfasts, which I truly enjoyed every morning. They’ve also introduced a new self-check-in machine, which made the process quick and convenient—a great idea for guests.Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would love to return in the future!
The hotel is not so bad how certain reviews state. The breakfast is good with a fair variety of choices. The rooms are actually clean which is what counts. Of course it would need some renovation especially bathrooms, but it’s a 2* so it’s fine.Only issue is that rooms are noisy, but you get free parking and the hotel is close to the antilope canyon. Plenty of food options nearby. Check-in was easy with remote operator showing the map and where to go.
If I could give 0 stars I would.I did have one night stay at this hotel. Since the Grand Canyon Lodge was burnt to the ground we had to make other arrangements for a single night. Thinking since we already had a night we could add and stay in the same room. They said on the phone that I could not keep the same room for the additional night. We had to pack all our gear and drive around with it in the car with the extreme heat. This hotel has no one at the front desk for check in, a kiosk station is set up. Check in for the second night I had to use the kiosk. I set my ID on the scanner for "the Kiosk" and told him my last name. He proceeded to tell me I had no reservation. I said my name and he still said no reservation. I stepped out of line to bring up my email conformation. When it was my turn in line I gave him the number, he magically found our reservation, proceeded to check us in. Using the screen on the kiosk he used a pencil with he map of hotel to show me how to get to the room. GUESS WHAT, same exact room as the night before. Words were not sufficient of the frustration for this situation. We took our stuff to the SAME room opened the door, SURPRISE! No one had cleaned the room, no new towels, bed not made. Beware of this hotel! P.S. Ants in the room also.
I stayed at this hotel for a day and the experience was truly excellent.The staff was always kind and helpful, ready to assist with any need and to give useful tips on what to see around the area. Breakfast was rich and varied, with fresh and high-quality products. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again!
