This was my first Vegas visit since 2017. This tour was the main reason for the trip! IT DID NOT DISSAPOINT!!! #1 thing to do when in Vegas. I flew in on Sunday and landed around 9:30. Was in my car rental by 10:15. The drive from the airport is only about 2 hours. It is a little confusing once you get to the Canyon. The checkpoint employee guided me to the visitor center. That is not where you want to go. They are located in the brown building to the left.I was lucky enough to do the tour solo. The photos do not do this trip justice! IT IS BREATHTAKING!!! Being able to see the Canyon from the air and on the water was amazing.The staff had amazing customer service. Everyone was polite and accommodating. The pilot was superb, very kind. She made it feel like I was flying with a friend. The boat driver was great too. He was from the local tribe and very knowledgeable about the history of the Canyon.I think I will do a Grand Canyon tour every time I am in Vegas!!!

This was my first helicopter ride ever, and going into it I was a bit hesitant and scared. But I ended up feeling completely safe the entire time and I would attribute that to the excellence of this company and particularly our pilot. They explain everything really clearly in terms of safety and rules, and the ride is just really cool. We had Raphael as our pilot, and he was kind and helpful with getting in/out of the plane and telling us fun facts along the way. The people who helped outside of the plane as well were all helpful and patient with anyone who needed extra assistance. All of the staff checked in routinely to make sure we were hydrated, safe, feeling good, etc… the view was breathtaking and incredible on all fronts. I 100% recommend this company to anyone planning on visiting the Grand Canyon!! I would honestly come back just for this, and request the same pilot again! Such a great experience!

Paid a bit more so the package I bought was a flight to the south rim, a 2 hour guided tour in a hummer (with about 6 others who were already there) and i 20 minute flight over the top in a helicopter. Flight back to Vegas and all included hotel pick up and drop off.Top class package. Everything ran like clockwork and every person was expecting us and waiting for us on arrival.We were the only 2 on the 8 seat aircraft from Vegas. Pilot great and when we were ready to come back, he was there ready an waiting.Hummer tour guide was an expert on everything to do with the Canyon. Took us to all the best viewing spots.Helicopter ride as fantastic as expected.Overall, I can't fault it in any way. Yes more expensive than a 5 hour bus ride to the South rim and then 5 hours back, but it was definitely value for money.Highly recommended

Absolutely incredible once-in-a-lifetime experience! Flying over the Grand Canyon with Papillon was beyond amazing – seeing this natural wonder from above gives you a completely different perspective that you just can't get from the rim.The views are simply breathtaking – photos don't even come close to capturing the majesty of the canyon from this vantage point. Every moment was spectacular and unforgettable.Yes, it's an investment, but this is truly a bucket list experience that's worth every penny. The memories will last forever. If you're considering it, don't hesitate – you won't regret it!
