There was a Native girl wearing all blue scrubs with long hair and was veryyyyyy rude. I get it, you’ve been on a long shift, but giving attitude to patients who are going through a hard time? She was very wrong for that. The only nice person was the security guard. I’m very thankful there’s people like him still left in the world. I would leave no stars if I could.

There scheduling department sucks my husband was to have a colostomy and they never called till the referral was no good. Now he needs a MRI and when he called they said it was after hours and this was at 11 this morning. They never answer there phones and it takes them weeks to call back if they do at all.

My daughter was having an allergic reaction to something in the environment down here at Lake Powell and we went to the ER and I was a little nervous when we walked in because it was super quiet. There was only one person working and it is a much smaller hospital than what I was Used to, but seriously, the six different people we interacted with were amazing. Everyone was super competent and informative. They got us situated quickly. There was almost no wait time. The doctors and nurses were very personable and enjoyable. I’ve never had such a good ER experience. Thank you!!!

I recently gave birth to my little girl at Page Hospital. Dr. Gonzalez and her entire team were outstanding, providing exceptional care and support throughout. I would especially like to thank Carla, our night nurse who went above & beyond for our family, as well as Teresa, Amber, and Angie for their dedicated and compassionate care. They made us feel truly accommodated and comfortable every step of the way.The hospital was exceptionally clean, and the staff's warmth and professionalism created a comforting environment that made all the difference. We are so grateful for the experience and the amazing team that supported us during this special time.

BEWARE: “don’t go here unless it’s an absolute emergency!”I went to Page Hospital and given a bill for $428.71 upon check out. When I received the bill in the mail it was over $769!I called and spoke to Banner health, and was told that they forgot to apply a self pay discount and that it would reflect on the next statement.Fast forward 2 weeks, I called back to confirm the new amount and wanted to pay the bill in full. I was told that they made 2 mistakes, one was that whoever applied the self pay discount applied $0.00 dollars to come off the bill, and that the hospital accidentally charged me for a tier 3 visit instead of tier 2. The customer service rep told me that she can’t do anything to fix the issue.I was transferred to 2 different supervisors at banner health, spent most of the afternoon on the phone and was told that I either need to pay the $769 or it will go to collections.Keep in mind this was after I was told that the discount would be applied and I’d be paying the original $428.72 I was quoted!I called page hospital to let them know about the issue, several employees sympathized with my experience but none of them were able to fix the issue. I was transferred to Brian the office manager who refused to help, he gave me a phone number to call but that number is for people who are experiencing issues with the staff.Needless to say, don’t go here unless it’s an absolute emergency!
