Interesting little area with a variety of structure used by the indigenous cultures of the area. We were being dogged by crows here and at Guano Point (might have been the same one0 which just added to the natural vibe of the site.

Impressive structures made by natives. Its great to know and see the history as well. 🤩 Would be great if there are real antiques or possessions of the natives at the tepees ⛺️ so it feels like you’re back in time with the natives. And if items get stolen is an issue, i would recommend keeping them in secured way. (Just my suggestion 😅)

Description
Native American Tribal Structures (often called the Native American Village) was created by the Hualapai Tribe in 2007 to share the living history of Southwest peoples with Grand Canyon visitors. Each dwelling—hogans, wikiups, adobe pueblos, and tipis—features interpretive panels explaining building techniques, family life, and spiritual traditions. Cultural ambassadors demonstrate crafts and invite guests to watch or join social dances. The open‑air setting allows visitors to experience architecture, music, and storytelling against the dramatic backdrop of the canyon’s West Rim.
