Why Visit Market Plaza Parking – Lot B

Large, centrally located Lot B serves Market Plaza’s stores, post office and Yavapai Lodge. With 271 spaces—including oversize, ADA and EV spots—it is the South Rim’s primary lot for RVs and trailers and sits steps from Blue Route shuttle stops.

Highlights

Largest South Rim lot for RVs & trailers – pull‑through bays up to 40 ft.
EV‑friendly – two Level‑2 chargers beside the ADA section.
One‑stop convenience – walk to General Store, post office, bank, dining, restrooms and shuttle.

Description

Market Plaza Parking – Lot B anchors the commercial heart of Grand Canyon Village. Built to relieve congestion near the canyon rim, the paved lot offers 24‑hour, free parking for cars, RVs and tour buses. Two Blue Route (Village) shuttle stops on opposite sides of the lot connect visitors to Mather Point, the Visitor Center and the Historic Village. Flat, well‑marked pedestrian paths lead to groceries, gear rentals, the Yavapai Lodge complex, ATMs, and potable‑water refill stations. Because it is the largest lot on the South Rim, Lot B often reaches capacity by late morning in peak season—plan to arrive early or after 4 PM for the best chance of finding a space.
