The location is good, but the internet is VERY poor. The new wooden house is nice, but not ideal for someone who wants to sleep past 6am in the summertime. Too bright even with the eye mask.
Experience big comfort in a small space at this distinctive tiny home accommodation in Page, Arizona, perfectly positioned in the heart of the Grand Circle of the Southwest for exploring the region’s most iconic natural wonders.

Great service by the young man checking us in. Location worked well, especially for our Antelope Canyon tour. The campground is well maintained. What you need to understand (I didn’t when I booked) each tiny home is split in two; an A side and B side. Here is where we get into why I didn’t give a 5 star review. You can hear EVERYTHING happening on the side. The king bed is RIGHT at the front door. It’s all sand and gravel outside your step so there really needs to be a rug at the door because, again, the bed is right at the door and you carry the dirt into bed with you. Now…the bed. This place is new so you would think they would want to protect the mattress with a mattress pad. Nope! There is one sitting in a shelf above the bed ( like you are supposed to put it on yourself)??? The sheets are cheap, polyester/cotton. The loft mattresses are not true twin mattresses. They are only a couple inches thick and don’t have a top sheet, just a blanket (are they washing the blanket/comforter after every use)?? Next to the bed is a small hanging bar to hang clothes, but no hangers. Lastly, there are no hooks anywhere to hang towels, etc and no hooks or shelves in the shower so your soap, shampoo, washcloth has to go on the floor. Otherwise, it was very clean and it was fun to stay in something other than a hotel.
No wifi in the room.Extremely tiny, smaller than some of the RVs we stayed (not a huge concern compared to the rest)There is no curtains on the top windows, woke us up at 5am.There is lingering wood or paint ordor in the room given it's newly built. When you first got in the room you can smell it.We went to checkin at 3:30pm when already past the standard checkin time at 3, while the staff told us the room would be ready in 20 mins, so we went for a walk for an hour, came back at 4:30, but we were told they were still working on cleaning the other rooms and didn't have a chance to clean ours. The staff said something about "charging us extra $30 for cleaning fee, and if we are willing to wait for the room to be ready, this can be waived" which feels like a total scam, and no Sorry or anything. We waited anyway until the room was finally ready at 5pm.I read about negative comments regarding the poor Internet and service written back in March early this year, and I was hoping they could work on addressing those concerns by the time we stayed here in May. Unfortunately I didn't see any improvement during my stay.
Exceptionally wonderful experience!!Gorgeous views, and beautiful, clean, new, tiny homes! Service was great, staff was friendly, location is breathtaking. Pricing is fantastic for what you get; we couldn't be more satisfied!
I had a great experience staying here for my vacation, staff was great and very accommodating, location was perfect and it was different than a normal hotel. I definitely would recommend and will be staying in the future’!
