We reserved a room for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. We arrived on Friday, checked in, and were given a room key to an occupied room. That issue was remedied. Saturday, we left to spend the day at the Grand Canyon; upon returning to our room, which was around 7pm, we discovered that both of our key cards had been cancelled and our room had not even been cleaned. It still had our things in it, but they didn't bother cleaning it.I'm really disappointed with this company.I have a habit of taking the used towels, washcloths, etc, and putting them in the sink for the cleaners so they don't have to pick them up off the floor. Because the room was not cleaned, I now have to take our used towels and washcloth, etc, down to the office to get new ones. These are wet and we've used them. I've never seen anything like it it just baffles me.Adding to this review, we went out for the day on Sunday and came back around 3:00. Again, our key cards had been cancelled, and they did not change our towels or make our beds, which they had not done the night before.My advice to you is, if you want to stay there for one night, I think it will be good, but as they say, "buyer beware" If you're there more than one night, you're probably going to regret it.I do not recall ever staying at a motel, inn, suite, or hotel where they didn't at least change out your towels and washcloths. It looks to me like they didn't even bother going into the room to see if it needed to be cleaned.We never got compensated for the night that we did not stay. We never got a call back from management we never saw management. We also did not have any animals with us, we don't own any. Therefore, I don't know where that accusation came from.I'm contacting consumer protection this nonsense needs to be fixed.
