I recently visited the KFC in Page, AZ and was genuinely impressed by how squeaky clean and spotless the entire restaurant was — from the dining area to the restrooms. It’s clear the staff take great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, and it really showed. Hats off to the team for their hard work!The staff were extremely courteous and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The ordering system was smooth and efficient, and my order was served very quickly — no long waits, which was a pleasant surprise.The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the food wasn’t quite as hot as it should have been. It seemed like it might have been prepared a bit earlier than when it was served. That said, the food still tasted fresh and was well-prepared.Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stop by again. Clean, friendly, and fast — just a little room for improvement on the food temperature.

A branch of KFC with the best and familiar dishes.Very good service at the branch.The cashier was very nice.The service was quick.The dishes were received very quickly.Satisfying dishes.You can take the dish with you and you can sit in the branch.There is also a stand outside to buy when you arrive by car.In the branch there is a drinking station.In conclusion: I recommend the branch.

Disappointed by Incomplete Order – Check Your Box Before You Leave!We briefly stopped at this KFC while on a road trip to grab a quick dinner before heading to our hotel for the night. We ordered the 4-strip waffle meal, expecting a full meal after a long day of driving. Unfortunately, once we got to the hotel and opened the box, we realized they had only given us two chicken strips instead of four. That’s half the order missing.It was already around 8:30 PM by then, and we were tired and not in the mood to drive back or make a fuss over it. But it was definitely frustrating—especially when you’re relying on that meal and you’ve paid for the full portion.Sure, I can check the bag before leaving, but honestly, who opens every individual box at the counter or drive-thru to count the strips or fries? Most people trust that their order will be correct. It’s just basic attention to detail, and it was disappointing to see that being overlooked.The food itself tasted fine—the chicken was warm, and the waffle was decent—but it’s hard to enjoy your meal when you know you’ve been shorted and there’s no easy fix. If I had been dining in, I’d have addressed it right away, but for takeout, especially when you’re traveling, it’s a big letdown.Just a heads-up to anyone stopping here: check your boxes carefully before leaving, especially if you’re ordering meals with specific portions like strips or nuggets. A small mistake like this can leave a bad taste, no matter how good the food is.

Delicious food, fast service, very friendly staff. Some of the best Hot & Tender Chicken I have ever consumed from a KFC location. Whatever y'all are doing here at this location, keep it up !Thank you to the friendly staff helping me get my order customized and taken care of, the clean and welcoming atmosphere were most helpful in decompressing after a long day of hiking!

We had lunch at KFC and ordered a classic burger, only to discover a hair in the chicken. We went to the counter to report this issue, but despite several staff members passing by, no one acknowledged us for at least five minutes. When we finally got a manager’s attention, she refused to admit she saw the hair, even though I showed it to her multiple times. She responded rudely, insisted she didn’t see it, and simply offered a refund without any apology. Toward the end, she mentioned that issues like this are “unavoidable,” implying it wasn’t their fault, but we felt this was clearly their responsibility.Throughout the encounter, there wasn’t a single apology, just dismissive comments like, “I don’t see it, but we can refund if you want.” The hair was clearly visible, as shown in the picture attached to this review. While we understand accidents can happen, the staff’s refusal to acknowledge the issue or apologize made it seem like they viewed us as troublesome customers rather than addressing a valid concern. Based on our experience, it seems this might not be the first time they’ve handled a complaint this way. We wanted to share our experience to let others know what to expect in a similar situation.
