Outstanding stayWe picked this hotel because it looked like it was nice and near Antelope canyonI was right, but was pleasantly surprised by everything else.The staff were all friendly but Leticia knocked it out of the ballpark. I have never encountered a hotel staff employee that was more informative and helpful than Leticia.I was blown away by every answer to my questions. Far and away they best.The hotel itself was comfortable with breakfast being excellent and with good coffee.The back patio is a great space to eat – enjoy the sunset and relax after a day of hiking.Great job.For those that are lookingThis hotel is very handy to Antelope canyon, lake Powell, horseshoe canyon and many others.

We stayed at the Hyatt Place in Page at the beginning of July and absolutely loved everything about it. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed — perfect for a comfortable family stay. What really stood out was the hospitality: the staff, especially the two friendly girls at the front desk and the bar, were incredibly helpful and welcoming.The food exceeded our expectations, which made it even easier to relax after a long day of exploring. This hotel strikes a great balance between comfort and convenience, and I’d highly recommend it for families visiting the area. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Page!

Overall, our experience at Hyatt Place Lake Powell went above our expectations. While it is not a "resort", it is a very good, family friendly hotel. it is on the edge of town, which not only meant that the views on the back patio were fairly open and scenic, but it was a short drive to get to Horseshoe Bend (about 10 minutes).The breakfast was basic but fresh, the rooms were clean and spacious (as was the main part of the hotel), and the staff were all friendly. The only disappointment we had was that the thermostats had motion sensors, which meant that we had a restless night sleeping since we all got hot in the middle of the night, and had to get up again to get the air conditioning to kick back on.

My stay at Hyatt Place Page was overall very pleasant. The room was fairly clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty with a nice selection, which I really appreciated. On the downside, the TV is not a smart TV, so streaming services like Netflix or screen mirroring from an iPhone do not work, and the outdoor pool is quite small. Despite these minor issues, I still give this hotel 5 stars, as the service and overall experience were excellent.

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Page / Lake Powell and overall had a mixed experience.On the positive side, the hotel offers spacious and modern rooms with a beautiful walk-in shower. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a higher room category without even asking, which we really appreciated. The cleanliness of both the room and the hotel in general was excellent, and having free parking was definitely a plus.However, there were also some disappointing aspects. The room was carpeted, which felt a bit outdated and not very hygienic for a newly built hotel. There was no microwave in the room, which was inconvenient for longer stays or for guests traveling with children.The biggest issue, though, was the air conditioning. It was extremely noisy—sounding like a tractor running non-stop at around 55 decibels throughout the night. It was simply impossible to sleep with the AC on. Instead of installing a quiet central air system, the hotel opted for individual units with both the compressor and motor inside the room. This is unacceptable for a recently built hotel, especially one carrying the Hyatt name. Not to mention the fact that the cooling performance is very poor.Another problem is the ridiculously low speed of the WiFi connection, which is limited to 5 Mbps.In summary, while there are some genuinely positive points, the poor choice of air conditioning system significantly affected the quality of our stay.
