We enjoyed our stay. The location is right next to the park. The room was neat and clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. Ample parking space too. Front desk was very welcoming. In my opinion, the only thing negative was it was slightly expensive. Would love to visit again.
Great location for quick entrance into the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park. The rooms are a little dated, and weird that the bathroom wall doesnt extend to the ceiling so while in bed you can see light from bathroom. Biggest complaint was that the windows didn't lock and I was on the first floor-there was a metal bracket 6-8 inches into window so it wouldn't open past that point, but still left me uneasy. Would not stay on first floor but would stay here again.
Excellent value for a trip to the Grand Canyon. The hotel is very well maintained and the staff are attentive and proactive. The rooms are a bit dated but very well maintained and clean. You're not here to stay in the room all day anyway. The included breakfast is also great and the pancake machine makes surprisingly delicious pancakes. I also honestly preferred this location to staying right in the park because it is quieter after a long day around other tourists. I stayed in the adults only section.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great location for entrance into the south rim. Only complaint is the food at the restaurants on site is not great (nor is anything outside the hotel nearby unfortunately).The couple of times we needed something, we called the front desk and got prompt and polite service.Nice pool area, tons for kids to enjoy, and overall a beautiful resort.I would definitely stay here again!
This hotel is located just a few miles south of the South Entrance to Grand Canyon National Park along Route 64 in Grand Canyon Village. It’s very convenient for visiting the park. There are plenty of free parking spaces, and several restaurants, including a McDonald’s, are within a 5-minute drive.The hotel room was clean and comfortable, although the bed was a little too soft for my back. The free breakfast is your typical chain-hotel offering — nothing fancy — but it’s a nice way to start the day.One highlight of our stay was the wonderful service from Imelda, a staff member in the breakfast area. She greeted every table with a warm smile, helped guests with pancakes and juices, and truly brightened the morning. Her friendliness made breakfast more enjoyable and made our stay even more pleasant.
