Disappointing Experience – Not Up to Hilton StandardsWe chose this hotel expecting a high-end experience in Page, but unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. The staff at reception were surprisingly rude and not customer-oriented at all. This property does not reflect the quality typically associated with the Hilton brand.While they advertise themselves as pet-friendly, be warned: you are not allowed to leave your pet alone in the room. If you do, they threaten to hand it over to Animal Control — a very harsh and unexpected policy that was not clearly communicated in advance.We requested early check-in ahead of time and were told to arrive before 3 PM. We got there at noon, but our room wasn’t ready until 4 PM, which was frustrating after a long drive.Once in the room, the problems continued. The air conditioning was incredibly loud — louder than a truck at times — making it nearly impossible to sleep. Turning it off wasn’t an option either, as the room became uncomfortably hot. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable, and the extra bed provided for our son was even worse.Overall, we were extremely disappointed. I would strongly recommend considering another hotel if you’re staying in Page.
