The room was ready when we arrived. It was clean and well appointed. The next day the cleaning staff did a very good job, as we got back to the hotel after about 7:45 pm from watching the sunset in the Grand Canyon and we did not need to ask for any missing items like an extra towel or a tub of cream for coffee for the morning etc. It was all there.We ate at the hotel’s Wagon Wheel Saloon. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. We were glad we chose this place to stay and eat. I’d heartily recommend it.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is amazing, very close to the Grand Canyon National Park gate. The staff really goes above and beyond, they accommodated an early check-in, were very pleasant at the bar, offered rare daily room cleaning, and most importantly, mailed a beloved left-behind stuffed animal to our home. The pool was heated, there is plenty of parking, and the bar had nice happy hour drinks. The rooms were comfortable but could use some updating, however I feel the hotel is priced commensurate with the condition. I would 100% recommend and stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is spotless, modern, and easy to reach. The rooms are bright and spacious, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Truly a place where you feel at home while enjoying top-quality service. Highly recommended!

I have no complaints about this place.Clean outdoor pool and hot tub.Easy check in/out. A bunch of discounts available (military/AAA…)Room was large, 2 queens, 1 fold out queen couch. Sink was in the room, toilet and shower separate. Fridge, microwave.Breakfast buffet is about $20/ppl. Coffee, eggs, peppers and sausage, bacon.Took a bit to order coffee but once they figured out who was serving our table the service was spot on.The gift shop is stocked with native American made goods at reasonable prices.Oh the shower, this is where the quality was just not there. The shower head is the a bunch of direct streams, the water is HARD. Soap doesn't lather, shampoo doesn't lather.The dining room is pretty amazing with the glass ceiling.There is also an indoor hot tub area. I didn't visit it.The room was cleaned everyday.

This is my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Such a great vibe, clean rooms, amazing staff for a great price plus it looks really neat. I had a bunch of milk for my baby that I needed to keep frozen and the room freezer was too small. The staff really helped me out and accommodated freezer space so my baby could eat. It was such a relief and allowed me to enjoy my trip better. Alberto at the restaurant was amazing also. Very kind and friendly.
