Great place to start your Grand Canyon adventure. Plenty of information available. Most hikes are based on amount of time you have available. There’s a short film and a 3D presentation to watch and of course easy level walking along the rim. I think I paid $35 for a family of five to enter the park in a 28’ RV, well worth it. Every park ranger I encountered was kind and helpful. Next time I’ll allow enough time to hike down into the canyon. Definitely recommend.
This is a review of Grand Canyon. Nothing describes it but majestic and spectacular! The facilities in general are excellent. The bus/shuttle system is very reliable. Park employees are very nice.
Lisa & I were fortunate to stop in and admire the natural beauty of the Grand Canyon on our road trip visit from Australia. The landscape, history and information center all very much worth the visit. Thank you!! 🙂
We stayed when it got dark to see milky way since one of the park employees told us it's an amazing thing to see. we're all speechless and mesmerized by the beauty of shiny stars like small diamonds on a dress that words can't describe.

The SRM office is primarily a working facility for park scientists and partner researchers. Public walk‑ins are not typical. Researchers, university partners, and other stakeholders should request an appointment, bring photo ID and permit paperwork, and check shuttle schedules.
