Description

Operated by Grand Canyon Conservancy—the park’s official nonprofit partner—the Park Store is the go‑to spot for reliable trip information and authentic merchandise. Shelves are stocked with field guides, geology books, children’s titles, postcards, reusable bottles and locally made crafts. Knowledgeable staff and volunteers help visitors choose the right trail map, Junior Ranger materials or last‑minute essentials before heading to the rim. Every sale funds trail maintenance, dark‑sky initiatives and ranger‑led programs, so shopping here gives back to the canyon you came to see.

1932
Grand Canyon Natural History Association (now GCC) founded to publish educational materials.

Getting There

Enter via South Entrance Station, follow signs to Visitor Center; park in Lot 4. Board the free Village (Blue) or Kaibab Rim (Orange) Route; exit at Visitor Center stop. Greenway Trail connects the store with Mather Point, Market Plaza and the lodges.
