The overlook faces a dramatic bend of the Colorado River where layered limestone walls drop nearly a mile. The site is the hub of Grand Canyon West, offering the Skywalk, dining, gift shops and cultural exhibits. National Park passes are not accepted; visitors must purchase a Grand Canyon West package that includes shuttle transport between the Welcome Center, Eagle Point and nearby Guano Point.
