I stayed here with my friend when I traveled to Arizona last weekend. The front desk agents were really professional and polite. Entire property was superb neat and clean. On top of that, They had a nice little small bar in house (FYI I don't drink). In addition to that, I tried chocolate muffins and blueberry muffins, it was really delicious. I would definitely stay at this place again when I travel to Page City!

An interesting experience in terms of bad faith, dishonesty, and extremely poor service quality.We made a reservation through the Booking app. We requested two beds. When we received the confirmation email, it said we had been assigned only one bed. The person in charge of reception refused to make the change and told us that if we wanted a room with two beds, we would have to make a second reservation and lose the first one. In this dishonest situation, the hotel did not take responsibility, and we had to lose one night's stay worth £146. Give this place a miss and look elsewhere. There are other motels where you will have better luck, perhaps in terms of the quality of the welcome and cleanliness.

Hotel was well situated with respect to the day trips to Lake Powell and Antelope Canyon. Rooms are relatively spacious but just too noisy. We were on second floor. A lot of noise (footsteps) from the room above us. Pool are was small with limited spots in the shade. Breakfast was very standard with the usual bagels and waffles.

We had a great experience here. I had to pay $131 overall inclusive of all taxes for double occupancy. And I felt it was value for money.The room and the bathroom were clean and spacious with all basic amenities. The hotel lobby was designed well and attracts attention. They have a bar on premise as well which operates 5-9 PM local time and has a happy hour between 6-7 PM.The breakfast they provided was wholesome and we enjoyed it very much. This hotel is conveniently located in the town of Page with multiple options available at walking distance.

Learned a hard lesson with this stay that we hope to never repeat. Four years ago during Covid we had a great stay here and made the mistake of booking again without reading the latest reviews. If we had, we would’ve seen a pattern of rude or nonexistent front desk personnel.1. When we arrived at 8:10pm, the front desk was closed so nobody to check us in. Rang the bell, no response.2. Called the hotel, after a while someone came out and irritably asked if that was us calling on the phone.3. Ignored the information on our reservation and assigned us the wrong room. Brought that to her attention, and to her credit she did change the room assignment after checking the reservation. Why was this not done beforehand?4. Our assigned room had a non-functional toilet. Went back to the front desk and there were now two women there. Why neither one of them was there and left the front desk closed when we arrived is a mystery.5. Inquired about fixing the toilet or changing rooms, to which they responded, “have you touched anything in the room?” Were they really going to give the room with a broken bathroom to somebody else?6. The second employee went up but was unable to repair the toilet. Upon returning to the front desk I thanked her for trying to fix it. She did not respond so I repeated thank you for trying to fix it. Her exact words were, “I said humph.” Her grunting response says it all about the customer service at this hotel.7. Altogether it took one hour to check in. In hindsight we should have just left and gone elsewhere.8. In the morning the front desk was closed again, no surprise, so there was nobody to talk to about the problems we had the night before.Aside from the poor customer service, as others have mentioned the noise here is such an issue that they provide earplugs in every room.If there were no other rooms available in town we would drive elsewhere rather than staying here again. Their customer “service” is an embarrassment to the travel industry. Rather than the usual canned responses they provide to all their negative reviews, I can only hope they will make an honest effort to purge their current employees and hire friendly, responsible desk personnel who care about their customers.
