For 2 stars because staff was very nice and cabins were cute. Our issue(s) were a little to expensive for what we got. We paid more then what paid for our hotels we stayed at. The room had a wierd musty smell, the blinds were broken so they didn't close we had to use the sheets to put over the windows because outside had a clear view inside our room from front and back, there was a few what looked like flees on the bed and in the bathroom, the bathroom smelled like urine, the shower pressure was horrible! I have thin hair but it took forever to wet my hair and rinse it. The ac filter needed to be replaced, and after a long day out my husband and I wanted to just get back to the room relax and watch a little TV but the remote batteries didn't work, and it was 10 pm so we couldn't just go get some. Other then that the views are amazing. Staff was amazing.

Beautiful cabins, but there is only one chair with no table to put your cup of coffee. The mini fridge did not work and the wooden benches on the porch would be better with cushions. The restaurant should be open earlier than 8:30 and later than 5:15.

We came in very late, after midnight security met us on the road to help us get to the cabins. We were greeted and checked in within just a few minutes and taken to our cabin. It was cute and quaint and we would definitely go back just by the convenience of how close it was to get to the Grand canyon entrance in the morning. We came in March and it was cold, but I do think this would be a great place to visit when it was warmer so you could check out the little village. The sunrise view was amazing! I wish we were staying another night so we could have seen the sunset 🙏❤️

We had a great stay. We arrived at LAS on a Saturday and were headed to Apple Valley Utah but couldn't arrive until Sunday. So, we opted to stay here for one night. It was nice that they included the admissions into the GC West and we just had to pay for the Skywalk entrance. And that was even at a very discounted rate. So THANK YOU for that! It was greatly appreciated. The rooms are bare basic cabins. BUT, I'm not complaining as we expected this. When we travel, we are usually in the room to shower and sleep. So we don't need a fancy, extravagant high-dollar hotel. I'd recommend the Cabins, especially if you're planning on visiting the West side of GC!

The cabin was decent for an overnight stay. We were 4 people and there was a rollout bed. The photos did show 2 beds beside each other.Bathroom was clean though they only provided 2 towels even though the cabin was booked for 4 people.Location was good as it was near the skywalk, eagle point and Guano point. You can park there and have a shuttle pick you up.It’s enough for an overnight stay as there is no other choice for accommodations in the area.
