Nice place! Would recommend. Rooms were clean and spacious. We brought a dog and they were very accommodating. You do have to put a placard on your door warning about a dog, and they don’t clean your room if that’s up. But not too bad! It was my fault for not taking that down when we left each day. Breakfast was great and pool was too. Elevator was slow, there is only one, but the staff was super friendly!
We requested a top floor room a couple months in advance, didn’t get it when we checked in. Got into our room to find a pee stain on our sheets. Paid extra for a hotel with a pool to relax in after our hike. Got back to find the pool was closed for chemical testing. Staff didn’t seem sympathetic at all. We also requested a late checkout and came back to our room half-way turned over. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
Although the building is outdated, the hotel is of a good standard. It is clean and close to all the major attractions. There are only two problems: the first is the dimension of the breakfast room, too small for all the guests (I had to wait every morning to find a table and to pick up my breakfast); the second is the terrible noise of the air conditioning in the room. I think it should need a renovation.
Nice and clean rooms with a great pool area. Gym is small and 3 out of the 7 machines wrre not working. Breakfast is not that great, limited choices and plastic. Please get rid of the plastic and use normal forks, plates.
Unfortunately, our first impressions of this hotel have been quite disappointing. A major reason we chose to stay here was to use the pool, but we were very annoyed to see a sign saying it's closed for the entire day. The most frustrating part is that we were never notified of this closure beforehand. When we raised our concern with the staff at the front desk, they were quite dismissive and didn't seem to care at all.To make things worse, we found that our room was missing basic amenities like hand soap. We had to go back down to reception to request it, and we waited for about five minutes without anyone being present to assist us. This lack of communication and attention to detail is very frustrating.
