We need a place to stay overnight at the Grand Canyon – least expensive.

April 17, 2012 while visiting https://grandcanyon.com

Visitor – We are in Mesa, Arizona and we want to drive to the Grand Cayon (leave early morning) and spend the night there to see as much as possible in two days – returning on day 2. We need a place to stay overnight – least expensive.
Visitor – Thank you for your help.
Sandy – Inside the National Park if you can get the lodging the least expensive would be the Maswik or Yavapai Lodges
Sandy – Outside the Park Boundaries you could stay in Williams or Flagstaff if you wanted inexpensive lodging.
Sandy- But you would have to drive an hour or more to get to the Grand Canyon.
Sandy – There is lodging in the town of Tusayan which is about a mile from the Park Entrance but due to location it is more expensive.
Visitor – Thank you – what is the cost of Maswik Lodge or Yavapai Lodge?
Sandy – The link for the In-Park lodging is https://www.grandcanyonlodges.com and you can find pricing and availability there.
