Staying Clean When Camping

Camping or hiking around the Grand Canyon is a sweaty and dirty process. Hot sun, dirt, grime, and more await every visitor. While there are showering facilities on campgrounds, running water isn’t always readily available. However, there are some ways to stay clean and fresh while roughing it.

Pack some hand sanitizer to disinfect your hands and any abrasions you experience. Pack extra deodorant in case things get funky. Pack some baby wipes to wipe down and clean sweaty or dirty areas before resting for the night.
