After flying over Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and the Western portion of the Grand Canyon, you will land at Bar 10 Ranch where you will prepare for your UTV Polaris ride out to an Inner Gorge View of the Grand Canyon. It is an 11 mile ride each way to experience this remote portion of the Grand Canyon. You will see the plants, animals, and cactus that are found in this portion of the Grand Canyon.
Upon arrival at the Inner Gorge of the Grand Canyon that you will have descended down into…this will be your view of the Colorado River and the Grand Canyon. Take some time to get some photo’s and enjoy the view.
Upon returning to the Bar 10 Ranch, you can expect an enjoyable Western Barbeque Lunch with all the fixin’s! Bar 10 Ranch has been the jumping off point for many Grand Canyon River Rafters over the years, so they have mastered the art of remote, ranch filled hospitality.
Tour Duration: 7.5 to 8 hours – Hotel to Hotel
Hotel Pickup: Passengers picked up from most major Hotels in Las Vegas.
Check-In: Check in for your flight at Grand Canyon Scenic Airlines Terminal for flight to the exclusive and remote Bar 10 Ranch and North Canyon.
Flight Duration: Enjoy a scenic flight over Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, the Colorado River into the heart of the Grand Canyon. Flight time is approximately 45 minutes.
Ground Tour Duration: Ride in a UTV Polaris for the adventure of a life time through Whitmore Canyon into the Grand Canyon for an inside view of the Colorado River. Short hike is available upon arrival, if desired.
Return to Bar 10 Ranch: Return to the Bar 10 Ranch to relax and enjoy a delicious Dutch Oven Barbeque meal. Rustic dining at it’s finest…enjoy the western hospitality of the Bar 10 Ranch.
Return Flight: The return flight to Grand Canyon Scenic Airlines Terminal is approximately 45 minutes.
Hotel Drop Off: Passengers returned to most major Hotels in Las Vegas.
Bar 10 Ranch is where many of the Grand Canyon Whitewater Rafter’s will be lifted out by Helicopter at the end of their Rafting Trip through the Grand Canyon to take a quick shower and prepare to fly back to Las Vegas or Marble Canyon. This is also the beginning of the 3 day rafting trip that can take Whitewater Rafters down to Lake Mead too. You will experience the remote Ranch atmosphere that welcomes these Grand Canyon visitors at the beginning or ending of their whitewater rafting trips. Take a moment and walk around to see the covered wagons, the caged display of wild animals that inhabit this area, and the serenity of the Bar 10 Ranch as it operates today.
